This mint condition print press proof is a rare example of one of the silkscreens that came off the press as the 1995 Jazz Fest Poster was being perfected. During the silkscreen process, layers of colored ink are added on top of one another until the image is complete. A keen eye notices that Rodrigue's printed signature is not on the image and the letters lack shadows. Those features were obviously added to the image after this particular run. Also see the photos of the back which shows this paper was used on both sides and the printer's targets along the borders.
